How to Manage DDoS Mitigation Rules (Add Filters)
Protecting your server from malicious traffic is a priority at Curt Creation. You can easily apply specific filter presets to your authorized IP addresses through our dedicated Layer Portal.
Log in to the Curt Creation Client Area.
Navigate to Layer in the top navigation and click Filters.
On the Filters tab, you'll see a list of your IP addresses along with their current status and how many filters are applied. Find the IP you want to configure.
Click the action button (three-dot icon) under the Actions column next to your IP, then select Configure Filters.
In the Configure Filters panel, click the + Add Filter button. From the Select Preset dropdown, choose the filter that matches your use case.
Enter the Port number your service runs on.
Click + Add to apply the filter, or Cancel to discard.
Once added, your filters will appear in a table showing the Filter name, Protocol, Port, and an Actions column. You can remove any filter at any time by clicking the red delete button next to it.
Tips:
Always ensure filters match the correct protocol and port for your service. For example, a standard FiveM server uses both FiveM UDP and FiveM TCP on port 30120.
If your IP shows a status of Unconfigured, it has no active filters and is not yet protected — add your filters as soon as possible.
You can search through your active filters using the Search filters bar at the top of the panel.
